Abnormal Pap Smear Management

Abnormal Pap smears are often a result of infection with HPV, or Human Papilloma Virus. Infection with HPV is very common. There are many different types of HPV, some of which are considered “high risk,” Chronic infection with these high risk types may go on to cause cervical cancer if left untreated.

Heavy or Irregular Periods
